TIPIAC x RCR - Bringing Country into the Classroom: Embedding First Nations Perspectives

Join Bronwyn from TIPIAC, for a meaningful 1.5-hour workshop where we’ll journey together to deepen our understanding and respect for the diverse cultures and histories of Australia’s First Nations peoples. In this workshop, renown speaker and TIPIAC CEO, Bronwyn Cochrane, will guide you through practical ways to bring the richness of our cultures into your classroom, ensuring that First Nations perspectives are woven authentically and thoughtfully into your teaching. We’ll explore how to create lessons that not only educate but also to honour and connect with the oldest living culture in the world.

Let’s work together to build a learning environment that truly reflects the cultural wealth of this land.

"TIPIAC provides the roadmap for embedding First Nations perspectives."

This workshop will be suitable for all types of educational settings: early childhood, primary, secondary and OOSHC, and will be limited to 40 people max, to ensure we can facilitate some meaningful group discussions that are specifically relevant to your setting.
