Felt Number Cards

Felt Number Cards

$59.95

These hand felted cards are a tactile way to incorporate number sense into your early childhood setting. Providing opportunities for number identification, ordering numbers, subitising, matching, drawing a card and then counting out matching items in the setting such as counters, allowing them to develop one to one correspondence.

A visual way to represent Aboriginal culture into your number program, with the numbers represented on the Aboriginal flag. Providing Aboriginal children an opportunity to see their own culture, fostering a sense of identity and belonging.

Set One includes numerals 1 to 10.

Set Two includes numerals 1 to 5 and matching dot patterns representing numbers 1 to 5.

These cards are hand felted out of sheep wool, making them free from plastics, sustainably made and biodegradable. They measure approximately 8cm w x 9cm high x 1cm thick, making them a great size for little learners.

Due to their handmade nature they will all be slightly different, including the representation of the number and dots.

Crafted by Indigenous business Fraser and Felt.
