Cultural Connections Journal
Cultural Connections Journal
The Cultural Connections Journal is a unique resource which encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people to deepen their understanding of their cultural identity; through exploring connection to family and community histories; and by strengthening their relationships with Country.
The Journal was created to support First Nations young people in building pride and confidence in their Aboriginality, and to become culturally and socially grounded in their communities.
The Journal includes worksheets, writing and reflection prompts, colouring sheets, affirmations and mindfulness activities, healthy eating and movement information, and language activities.
This is a First Nations designed and produced resource created by Wanyara, a Victorian business. Some Yorta Yorta words are included.
